[net.micro.pc] Freeware background file transfer

	I saw a posting about a freeware/shareware/whateverware
	MS-DOS "background" file transfer package.  I thought I'd
	written the info down on how to get it, but now I've
	misplaced it.   Can the author or some kind soul MAIL me
	the posting again?
