In an effort to not duplicate work, I am inquiring to see if anyone has
routines/programs to convert from PCPaint to HALO or the other way around.
Any help would be appreciated.

I could also use the NEW PC Paint format. The old one was simply the
image of the CGA memory with a 7 byte header indicating the dimensions.
The new one appears to be compressed.
