Barry Kercheval asks...

Mr. Kercheval is of course referring to Volume One of the "Phil Spector
Salute to Human Achievment" series.

Volume 1 -- "The Ronette's sWing Mediaeval Agrarian History"
Volume 2 -- "Bob B. Soxx and the Blue Jeans Story of the Industrial Revolution"
Volume 3 -- "Phil Spector Salutes Marconi, Macaroni and Macaroons"
Volume 4 -- "Ike and Tina Turner's Tales of the War of 1812"
Volume 5 -- "Henry Ford, the Man Who Put the Bomp in the Bomp-De-Bomp-De-Bomp"
Volume 6 -- "Lee Iacocca, the Man Who Put the Ram in the Rama-Lama-Ding-Dong"

and so on. I think they're up to around 100 volumes by now. There are also
many unnumbered special releases, like the Phil Spector Salute To NASA series,
the Phil Spector Annual Great Wall of China Christmas Show soundtrack series,
etc.

Most of the early volumes, on the Phillies label, are pretty rare, though
word has it that they will be reissued later in the series with the original
covers intact--though the MONO designations will be carefully airbrushed out
so the tapes can be electronically coerced into simulated stereo.
