I have several patches for AMI AT BIOS. I would like to save the bios out to disk using debug but I don't know where the bios resides in memory. I think it's at F800:E000 - FFFF but I'm not a hardware guru. Gary Quiring {ihnp4,decvax,houxm}!hjuxa!catnip!gary

I don't know what the AMI AT is, but if it's the usual AT (NOT XT) clone with a 32k BIOS that doesn't include any BASIC, then something like F800:0000-7FFF or F000:8000-FFFF should do the trick. The address range that you mention is not possible in real mode.
