I recently began using Microsoft's Release 3.31 FORTRAN compiler
and find that the print spooler program I had been using does not work anymore.
(This was a PD program for which I have no source unfortunately.) Does
anyone know of a spool program which can be set to use extended memory on
an PC AT and is compatible with both MS FORTRAN and SIDEKICK? (QSPOOL
from Quadram does not seem to coexist well w/SIDEKICK.)
