Orchid is showing a PGA clone that they claim is about 20x (2,000%) faster 
that the IBM card, and will retail for $1495.  They anticipate shipping 
within 30 days.  I have seen the card running, and saw preliminary docs, at
COMDEX Atlanta last month.
