Answers to the following questions regarding Turbo Pascal would be appreciated. I have version 2.0 I know how to save an entire "textmode" screen into an array, and from there into a file for later use. Is it possible to do this with the "graphmode" screen? If possible, how? I have never used a "painting" program (such as PC Paint). I would assume that you can save a screen into a file...is it possible to display a saved PC Paint type image from a Turbo program? A discussion a while back concerned turning the cursor off...I of course was not interested at the time...how is this done from a Turbo program? I have heard that there's a Turbo for the Macintosh...how portable is the source code? Speaking of portability, would it be worthwhile for me to move up to a newer version of Turbo? How upwardly compatible will my source code be? I don't have any math coprocessors or anything like that (and I want my programs to be as generic as possible). Turbo Graphics Toolbox has no "fill" routine. I would like to add one. All I need to know is how to "read" the color of a pixel. Anyone know how? I think there was a similar question recently. Well, guess this is plenty for now...Thanks in advance. -- Michael J.
