Has anyone on the net had good luck working with 3Com for customer support? A friend has been trying to get them to help him, but they seem not to have their act together. Do you know how my friend can get *good* service from 3Com? Have you worked with 3Com's service people? Have they been helpful? Please, let me know if you have (or have tried). I'll post a summary to the net, if there is an interest. P.S. I love 3Com's hardware, I just dislike their software *and* support!
