[net.micro.pc] HDLC Controllers

I'm looking for an HDLC synchronous controller for an IBM PC or clone.
It should be able to run at 1200, 9600 and 56k bits/sec.  If anyone has
any information on such a beast, I'd really appreciate hearing about it.
If I find what I want, I hope to use it for packet radio experiments.
