[net.micro.pc] Programming problem - DOS function

I didn't think that DOS interupt calls were always vaild while in an ISR.
In the past, I've had problems with some of them.  I never bothered to
figure out why, I either set flags and had a task dispatch table take
care of it on return from the ISR or did the functions myself.
