I am seriously considering the purchase of the PC LIMITED 12meg AT clone,
but I have some questions. Any help would be appreciated, if there are
enough responses I will summarize for the net. Thanks in advance.

1) Has anyone gotten an "expanded" (LIM standard) memory board to work
in one of these at 12 meg?

2) Which EGA clone cards run at 12 meg? (Several that I have seen will
not boot on fast machines.)

3) How has PC LIMITED addressed the problem with timming loops in the
floppy disk routines?

4) Does the PC LIMITED 12meg machine run the bus at a faster clock rate
also or is only the the cpu & memory run at 12meg?

5) Is anyone aware of a review of these machines (10meg & 12meg versions)
in a reputable magazine. The only article that I have seen about these
machines is in PC WEEK, a publication that I would liken to the National
Enquirer or Star.

6) Do these machines have the same hard disk selection table as the IBM's?
What hard disk would you recommend? I consider the standard 40ms access
PC-AT disks to be marginal in performance. I would prefer something in the
high 20's or low 30's.

PC LIMITED is advertising the 10meg machine for $2300 and the 12meg for
$2700. At these prices, if they really work well, they should make very
respectable development machines. I am a little concerned due to PC LIMITED's
bad reputation, so any info would be appreciated.
