[net.micro.pc] TeX source compilation request

thinfilm@uicsl.UUCP (07/13/86)

I noticed a while back that people were inquiring as to whether anyone
had the TeX source files. Well I do and I would like to compile it on my
micro. The problem is that the files are 360K long and are going to
require major reworking to get them to compile under the only pascal compiler
we have (the IBM pascal compiler) as it limits us to 64K code and data
segments for a single source file. (I realize we can cut it up ... but that
is a lot of work). If there is anyone out there who would like a copy of
the (public domain) TeX sources who could in return compile it and send us
the binary (via floppy disk) let me know.
				Thank you for your support.
