[net.micro.pc] PCs Limited and the BBB

I tried to post this last week, but it appears it never made it (our
machine got cooked).

I called the Better Business Bureau last week to get an update on PCs
Limited.  Their response was (as best I could get it):

	PCs Limited had an unsatisfactory business performance record.
	This evaluation was based on a history of failing to respond
	to the BBB's enquirys, failing to resolve customer complaints,
	and failing to resolve the sources of customers complaints. 
	The BBB had a conference with PCs Limited in [June? April?] of
	1986, during which PCs Limited agreed to [abide by BBB guidelines,
	or some such].  PCs Limited has had an acceptable business
	performance record since July 1986.

I personally would wait a little longer before deciding that they were
serious about cleaning up their act.  If someone reminds me, I will repeat
this enquiry in a month, and post the results.
