I have been thinking about buying a Zenith Z-171. I would like any information you could give about or product reviews you could direct me to. I read the article in Infoworld, but I would like something more in-depth. Also information about the Morrow Pivot would be appreciated as I understand they are basically the same design. Some specific questions I have are: - What do you think of the keyboard? - Have you used the internal 1200 baud modem? What did you think of it? - Have you encountered any 3rd party software that won't work on it? - Is the screen easy to read? - What about the composite video card? -- Joel Upchurch @ CONCURRENT Computer Corporation (A Perkin-Elmer Company) Southern Development Center 2486 Sand Lake Road/ Orlando, Florida 32809/ (305)850-1031 {decvax!ucf-cs, ihnp4!pesnta, vax135!petsd}!peora!joel

Probably a bug in the terminal program. > - Have you encountered any 3rd party software that won't > work on it? No, and I have lots. > > - Is the screen easy to read? No, the (LCD) screen really stinks, but it is as good as I've seen in an LCD version. For short lengths of time, it's tolerable. > > - What about the composite video card? Haven't received it yet.
