Brent Chapman mentioned that a program called nansis.asm is available
on Pete Galvin's bulletin board r20.utexas.edu.  For those of us who
do not have access to FTP (or at least do not know how to do it from
our machines), could someone do the following:
    1) post nansis.asm to net.sources?
    2) provide telephone numbers to the bulletin boards they mention
       in their articles?
    3) provide the phone number to r20.utexas.edu?
    4) Describe how to access the file from that system by a UNIX 5.2
       system with UUCP or KERMIT?
