[net.micro.pc] Composite to IBM Mono Adapter?

Hello,

This may sound weird but... Is there an adapter to take composite
video in and convert it to IBM Monochrome input (TTL)?

I want to use my IBM monochrome monitor as a monitor for other
computers that put out composite, if possible and economical.
