[net.micro.pc] WANTED: Details on handling PC Centronics port at low level

I need to write a low level driver for PC-compatible centronics ports
in order to implement output to a non-centronics parallel device.
I'd like to know all about things like

- I/O ports used and the bit definitions
- Interrupt vector(s) used
- Standard centronics driver algorithms
- Sample ASM code (or C code) for a driver

Does anybody know this stuff, or can you direct me to a reference? I'd
sure appreciate it!
