[net.micro.pc] Floppy Disk Drives

I've installed a number of Teac floppy disk drives in a variety of
machines.  I like them because they have a lot of flexibility and
can be jumper configured in a lot of ways.

Both mitsubishi and fujitsu have a good reputation, and in a very
straightforward application both are probably suitable.
