x I hope this is not too much to ask, but can someone give me a quick rundown on how to write memory resident programs for the IBM PC ? I would like to write in Microsoft C a memory resident (pop-up) that accesses a serial or MIDI port. A small example would be helpful. I have a general idea of the concept - steal an interrupt and use the "exit but stay resident call". Points on what to touch and not to touch would be helpful too. Thanks. Cheers, Dan Ts'o Dept.
