[net.micro.pc] Where can I get a copy of "CED"

I currently have a public domain copy of CED, a command line editor for the PC.
I would like to buy the commercial version of this product but I can't find
out who distributes it. I though it was Cove Software in Maryland but they
don't appear to be in business.  Anyone have any ideas?   Thanks!
