AM-National Briefs,630 CONNERSVILLE, Ind. (AP) - A teen-age mother and her parents have been indicted on charges of neglect in the death of an infant whose body was found in a bedroom wastebasket. A Fayette County grand jury said Judith Ann Lutes, 16, gave birth while alone in the bedroom of her family's rural home outside Connersville on Jan. 6 after she got home from school. Her mother was not at home and her father was in another part of the home at the time, county Prosecutor Ronald Urdal said Thursday. Miss Lutes' parents, Oza and Roger Lutes, say they did not know their daughter was pregnant, Urdal said, and were unaware of the birth until their daughter was hospitalized for blood loss. They were told by hosptal officials their daughter had just had a child and later found the baby's body in their daughter's bedroom wastebasket, Urdal said.
