[net.startrek] Destruct Sequence

The destruct sequence is as follows:
Kirk: Destruct sequence 1, code 1, 1A.
Spock: Destruct sequence 2, code 1, 1A, 2B
Scotty: Destruct sequence 3, code 1B, 2B, 3
Kirk: Code 000 destruct 0
At this point the computer starts its countdown. While this
sequence is being input, the officers have to give their
name and position and the computer gives verbal
acknowledgements throughout.

Now for all you quote buffs: What were the last two lines of
that episode spoken by Uhura (I think) and Kirk?
