In "Bread and Circuses" he was given a last time as a man before being put in the arena. Remember the blond who was ordered to please him? She said that at the first sign of pain to let her know... There was one episode in particular that I recall him putting on his boots after the commercials were over, but I don't recall quite who the girl was... Uhura? Yeoman Rand? Nurse Chapel? Or was it Spock's Mother? Could've been Nomad. (Beam me up,) Scott(y)
