This is reference to the recent news article about a mistake in the episode "The Enemy Within". Yeoman Rand scratched Kirk on one side of his face, and in the bridge seen at the end, the scratches were on the other side. I believe that this is not an error. After the bad Kirk had finished with Yoeman Rand, he went into someone's quarters and put some cream on his face which covered up the scratches. In the bridge scene, it was the good Kirk that now had scratches, placed there by the bad Kirk. The bad Kirk in fact remarks about how the other Kirk has scratches on his face and is trying to hide them, to try to fool the other people into believing the good Kirk (with the scratches) is the bad Kirk. Though you have to have been paying attention to have noticed that the scratches changed sides, you didn't stay close to the story line... you had the wrong Kirk. - Nathan Glasser ..genrad!mit-eddie!nathan ..decvax!yale-comix!nglasser

If you will view the computer log once again, Nathan, I think you will find that I am NOT mistaken: it is the "bad" Kirk who has the infamous scratches on his RIGHT cheek. Can someone back me up on this? Thom Brando {allegra,genrad,ihnp4,utzoo,philabs,uw-beaver}!linus!brando
