To the best of my recollection, Harry Mudd's full name was:

          Harcourt Fenton Mudd

Inasmuch as that name was yelled at him numerous times in a most unpleasant
female voice (that of the androids designed to resemble his wife Stella) in
the episode "I, Mudd", it's hard to forget.

Of course, if I have remembered it incorrectly, would someone please post the
correct name?  Thanks.

As repeated ad infinitum in "I, Mudd" by his wife (and his wife and his wife...)
Stella, it's Harcourt Fenton Mudd (Mudd the First, by his own accounting).
     Our trivia question to those of you out in net.land is what alias did he
use in "Mudd's Women"?  [Easy one]

Too easy.  His alias in "Mudd's Women" was "Leo Walsh."
