Sometime in the seventies, 12 star trek photo-novels made it to the shelves. It was said that only about 20,000 of each volume were sold, resulting in no more new volumes being printed after that. How many trekkies out there have the complete set of 12 ?? milan (....!utzoo!psddevl!milan)

Well, there's at least one out here, I have all 12. I disagree with Roger Noe's assesment that "the rest suck", but I do agree they could have done a better job of episode selection. A few of my favorites *are* included: "Metamorphosis" (with the Companion), "City on the Edge of Forever" (glad you like that one too, Roger! The one with the Guardian, it's my second favorite), and "Where No Man Has Gone Before". Some I wish they had chosen are "The Menagerie" (my all-time favorite) and the one where McCoy meets the white rabbit and Alice in Wonderland (title forgotten). Oh, well, give 'em a break, Roger. No one's perfect. At least they did get City on the Edge of Forever..... GREG -- {ucbvax!hplabs | allegra!nbires | decvax!kpno | harpo!seismo | ihnp4!kpno} !hao!woods
