The song titled "Beyond Antares" was sung by Nichelle Nichols (as Uhura) to Bruce Hyde (as Lt. Kevin Riley) in the first season episode "The Conscience of the King". The song was composed by Joseph Mullendore, I think, with words by Gene L. Coon. I'm fairly familiar with the music of Star Trek, and I'm pretty sure the only other time it was heard was when Uhura was humming to herself in "The Changeling" (which caused Nomad/Tan-ru to zap her).
