The line "Who are those guys?" is spoken by Ford Prefect to Arthur, Trillian, and Zaphod Beeblebrox in "The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy." The cops were after Zaphod for stealing the new Improbability Drive starship and had cornered them all on Magrathea. Ford was commenting on the strange behavior of the police. Actually the police were behaving quite well. They aren't cold, insensitive killers you know. No, they kill people unnecessarily and then they go home and agonize over it to their girlfriends. So you can see how appropriate the line is! Oh, I'm not making all this up. As Marvin says when he is accused of inventing a story ... "Life is bad enough without inventing more of it." Hope this has straigtened everything up now (you hear maniacal laughter in the distance. What do You want to call it?).
