<> I know that we are mostly talking of the main characters in the show, but someone mentioned the episode with "Lord Garth" who was once a famous Starship Captain that had gone mad. At the asylum where Kirk and Spock were trapped was a sultry lady with green (?) skin. Seems to me she played Batgirl in the Batman series. However, by the looks of the outfit that they gave her to wear on ST...she ain't no girl! (nor a bat, for that matter). s w c

That consort to Captain ("Lord!") Garth should be familiar - she is indeed Yvonne Craig, who portrayed Barbara Hamilton == Batgirl. BTW, looking over a couple of other articles--- Anyone ever curious about that part of "Wink of an Eye" wherein Kirk, Spock, & McCoy are watching a replay of what happened on Scallos, when the crewman tasted the water and vanished? Whose tricorder recorded THAT? And the Enterprise intrusion into the late '60s could be detected because the ship had been damaged and could not yet get its deflectors operating. I believe Spock's words were "Our deflectors should be able to keep their primitive radar from detecting us." -- The Ice Floe of Larry Bickford {amd, decwrl, sun, idi, ittvax}!qubix!lab You can't settle the issue until you've settled how to settle the issue.
