I found this is a year-old edition of 'Enterprise Incidents'. Angelique Pettyjohn sell full color posters of herself in her 'Gamesters of Triskelion' drill Thrall suit. $6.50 for the regular poster $11.50 for the 'adult' (i.e. topless) version Send check or money order to: Angelique Pettyjohn 8752 1/2 Wyngate Sunland, CA 91040 She says she will autograph the adult version if you tell her who you would like it autographed to. She says there is also a black and white photograph available for $2.50
