All previous posted plots of Star Trek 4 are only partially
correct. Paramount is trying to get away from the hi-tech adventure
drama rut that all three movies have been in.
I have it from a "VERY reliable source" (Ouija) that, with
the success of the Band Aid and USA for Africa videos, Paramount is
scrapping the storyline they were developing and are going to have
various celebrities play the Star Trek Video Game for 2 hours.
We'll see Eddie Murphy and Billy Idol blast the red and purple
Klingon ships with gleeful abandon! While the videophiles are
playing, we'll be treated to anecdotes from Willy Nelson and
Kenny Rogers. All these artists will write original music that
will later be released as "I Remember the Enterprise". Also, there
will be cameo appearances from Tom Baker, Lorne Green, David Prowse,
June Lockhart and her daughter, and Roddy and Malcolm McDowell.
All proceeds will be donated to the Institute of Transporter
Research.
