Was watching "The Naked Time" last night and noticed a bit of an inconsistency: As you may recall, this is the episode where there is the disease which is passed by perspiration that makes everyone show their "hidden" personalities. Early in the episode Sulu gets the disease. He comes onto the bridge with his sword, sans shirt, his chest glistening with perspiration. He then proceeds to take Uhura in his arms and get "the pinch" from Spock. Even Kirk has to fight him off. Oddly, however, Uhura, who has touched Sulu's sweaty body, does not get the disease. Spock does get it, but much later and from Nurse Chapel. Only Kirk seems to have gotten it from an uncertain source (no sound effect heard), but he seems to have gotten it from Spock. Seems a little odd, no? -- Name: John Ruschmeyer US Mail: Monmouth College, W.
