Two things:
About the "Pizza Bats":

NO! The episode took place on Deneva, with a V, not Deneba with a B.
As far as I know, they have no name. The "Star Trek Compendium" and the
Blish novelization confirm this.
Why not have a naming contest?
About the Klingons with no facial hair:
The episode was "The Trouble With Tribbles." The Klingon was Arne Darvin,
assistant to Nilz Barris. Darvin was the spy found by the tribbles.
"Uhura saw Heisenberg's jaw go agape as he recognized the travelers. He was
the one factor of uncertainty in this equation."

There is one other episode in which there are clean shaven Klingons.
