Look, this is the Twenty-Fourth(?) Century!

They have the technology to do almost anything
they want.

The Time Lords on the planet Gallifrey (*)
have no problem with capturing black holes,
it just takes some stellar engineering.

(*) - In the constellation Kasterborus,
galactic co-ordinates 10-0-11-0-0 by 0-2
from galactic zero center.

*** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR EVENT HORIZON ***

Assuming you'e got a small black hole, why not just throw it at an enemy?
I think that would probably cause some excitement in itself.

"Matt...there is no fourth planet!"
"Don't you think I know that??"
