I just bought a VHS tape of the episode "Where No Man
Has Gone Before" and noticed that the upper right
corner of the picture folds or tears in three spots
near the end of the show. Replaying the tape or
adjusting the tracking control didn't change it.
Is this something that is just on my copy or is it
on a number or all copies?
