I just thought of an interesting question. I'm sure the answer can be found in a book somewhere (I don't have any); I can't believe anyone would know this off the top of their head: Which 5 episodes had the highest (first-run, prime time) ratings? Which were the most watched if (prime time, pre- syndication) reruns are considered as well? I.e. during Star Trek's prime time "life", which 5 episodes were watched by the most people? I realize this depends heavily on what else was on TV those nights, and so this may not have any correlation at all with the most liked episodes, but I was curious anyway. Answers? "Scotty, I need Warp Speed in 10 seconds or we're all dead men!" Scott J. Berry

I don't know the answer to your question, nor have I ever seen a source for such data, but pending a confirmed answer, I'll guess Part II of the Menagerie. I do know, however, that the word "men" is not a part of your closing quotation. sb
