Spock (doing the Vulcan equivalent of a double-take at Kirk): "I assumed you needed help. I see I was in error." McCoy: "Of course... Of course... A child could do it... A child could do it..." (This vies for top honors in my book with what is probably the good doctor's most often repeated line, usually presented with a wild-eyed look and in the doctor's inimitable strained voice: "He's dead, Jim!") Scotty: "Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me!" Unknown Morg: "Brain and brain! What is brain?!" (Indeed!) Thom Brando (linus!brando)

How about the episode with M-5, where McCoy makes some remark to Spock about how much he should like having the Enterprise run by computer. Spock's reply is : "Computers make excellent and efficient servants, but I have no wish to serve under them." -- Andrew Folkins ...!ihnp4!alberta!andrew "I beamed them into the Klingon's engine room, where they'll be no tribble at all."
