~ Some articles on COTEOF recently referred to CATEOF, I believe - City At The Edge Of Forever. 'Tis 'On' and not 'At'. (Tch, tch, these CRUCIAL things simply MUST be pointed out...). And now for the questions: What kind of movie did Edith Keeler mention to McCoy and Kirk that brought the two together? What was Spock doing the instant after McCoy was taken by Edith to rest in the next room. What did Kirk have in the sack (bag?) when Spock asked for Platinum? Scott

Serving coffee where McCoy just asked for some coffee. This always bothered me. I assume Spock's super sensitive ears should have been able to recognize McCoy's rather distinctive voice. > > What did Kirk have in the sack (bag?) when Spock asked for > Platinum? A Bologna on a hard roll, assorted vegetables, and radio parts. > > Scott Lord Kahless

Appologies for my bad quoting, but it's been a while since I've seen this one. > What kind of movie did Edith Keeler mention to McCoy and >Kirk that brought the two together? It was a Clark Gable movie. Edith says, "There's a Clark Gable movie ****". Kirk replys with, "a what?", to which she replies, "You know, McCoy said exactly the same thing." > What was Spock doing the instant after McCoy was taken by >Edith to rest in the next room. He came in to serve coffee. > What did Kirk have in the sack (bag?) when Spock asked for >Platinum? It had some radio tubes and stuff, a far cry from platinum, copper and gold. -Sean "Yoda" Rouse
