Something has been bothering me about this for a while, and- if it
has been discussed here previously- sorry for the repeat.

BUT-
In TWOK, Khan confronts Chekov and Terrel on Ceti Alpha 5, remarking
that he never forgets a face, doesn't know Terrell but remembers
Chekov.
Now, the TV episode that TWOK is based upon, where Khan and his
superior race are defrosted by Kirk and company- NOWHERE, NOWHERE
is Chekov present.

I recall the Chekov character did not make an appearance until the
NEXT season, so how did Khan recognize him in TWOK?

Huh, huh???

Ok, what's bothering ME is: Chekov and Terrel think they are on CA 6,
and Khan explains that it has exploded. Presuming that planets are numbered
in increasing order as the orbital radius increases, does this mean that
CA 5's orbit expanded beyond that of CA 7? Has anyone in Trekland ever
addressed this?

Yes it was answered before... Could the person who posted the story
about Khan and Chekov being in sickbay together and Kahn having to use
the john (back when this question came up 6 months ago) repost. (No,
really -- it is better than it sounds.)--
