			SPECIAL WALK

Walking with you and talking with you, and telling you what's on my mind.
The trees are the color of shadowy death, the sun in the mountains behind.
In the sky I see hues of the devil's breath, and the soil of graves in time.

When did all the years go by, and where did all the tears go?
Upon your cheek I see a glistening drop, within your eyes I feel you know.
And as we stop along our path, with seeking eyes I see a glow.

I want to tell you of all in my heart, of all that you already know.
I want to exclaim of the pain that I feel, and the hurt I was afraid to show..
You gave me this love to give to many; noe accepted and none will know.

What should I say and how do I tell them, of the love we need to share?
Give me the words of what to say, and how to make them care.
You've given me a mountain to climb, sometimes it's more than I can bear.

I know some that cheat on their wives, and others that fret and fume.
I've met some that scare me to death, wanting to make this world a tomb.
Others are walking a skeletal death, they've give up for doom.

Walking past the small church in the clearing, the grass a tawny brown.
The moon and stars that light our path whisper upon your crown.
I glance towards your angelic face, and it has gone from smile to frown.

I hear of all the gifts I've been given, and all the wonders that are mine.
The feelings I have and the love I know, I should take care to let them shine.
Miracles are made in many ways, and some will need a little more time.

And through our journey you hold my hand, and comfort with things to be.
I know not how and I know not when, the beautiful things I'll come to see,
But as you led me to the wonders to come, in my heart you placed the key.
