[fa.tcp-ip] Seeking Info about Ethernet BRIDGES

I've recently seen messages from NASA Ames, Rutgers, and Mitre Bedford about
use of Applitek bridges.  BBN is considering use of a substantial number of
bridges locally, and I'm very interested to hear about experience with the
Applitek bridges.  Are there any other sites where these devices are currently
in use?  For that matter, does anyone out there have any experience with
bridges made by companies other than AppliteK which are intended to provide
LOCAL interconnection of Ethernets (i.e, I'm not interested in the Vitalink
device, nor in repeaters, nor in gateways).
