#N:sri-unix:1000017:000:434 sri-unix!mclure Aug 12 14:22:00 1982 Suppose you run autoseq and your NFSEQ is set to "net.*". In the middle of your notes session you urgently have to leave. It looks like ^D does not update the sequencer so you don't want to use that. 'q' updates the sequencer but goes on to the next next notesfile so you don't want to use that either. Is there no way to update the sequencer and exit immediately? I've been looking at the '?' output and don't see any. Stuart

This will update the sequencer to the present point, and go to the next newsgroup. 3) type '^D'. This will exit, without updating the sequencer for that group. However, I must say, there should be a command which says: Get me out NOW, but update the sequencer. --Dave Curry
