Has anyone added the proper signal catching for notes such that
you can suspend it and have your terminal not in cbreak mode, and
when you return it sets it up properly?

I found the reason, people that run on 2.9BSD have to define
MENLO_JCL in the Makefile, because the includes don't pick it up.
BTW: Here at Bradley we are running the latest release of notes on
a 11/44 (2.9BSD). The latest version won't fit unless you use overlays,
if you are intested let me know.
