If I were writing it in Swedish, the hot sauce would be spelled "Ahooah" or some such. The company that makes it, "Halsadenda Salsa Company" is a delightful pun on the most famous Swedish immigrant song, "Haelsa dem daer hemma" ('ae' is the one with two dots, the meaning is "Say hello to them back home". In case you've never had the privilege, Swedish food is incredibly bland. The standard Swedish cookbook has been slowly adding spices to the recipies from edition to edition. For a long time, Stockholm had the only Mexican resturant in the world that didn't serve tortillas. Hope this helps, if not, remember Garrison's words from the liner notes of the Anniversary album: "We are in the position of a man who lives in a town with no Chinese resturants and has to make his own Moo Goo Gai Ding. It's almost impossibible impossible to make right, he doesn't have a recipe, the Super Valu doesn't stock the right herbs and spices, but every so often he pulls off a Ding that brings back memories of Dings he used to know. For a man in the wrong place at the wrong time, that's as good as it gets." Martin Minow decvax!minow
