In the 'Paperbacks: New and Noteworthy' section of 20 Feb NYTimes Book Review: HAPPY TO BE HERE. By Garrison Keillor. (Penguin, $4.95) Five stories have been added to the paperback "Happy to Be Here" that were not in the hard-cover edition of this exquisitely good-hearted, highly ludicrous book by the host of the National Public Radio show "A Prairie Home Companion." Our critic, Roy Blount Jr., observed that Garrison Keillor's prose defies description.
