	Sorry, I did NOT invoke simultaneity - the age differences need 
only checked when the twins return to the same frame of reference.  

Please also note that both twins in my description changed frames of
reference to an equal degree.  The only difference in their experiences
was the amount of time spent in those frames of reference.  This 
certainly seems to imply that it is the frame of reference, not merely
the changing of frames, that makes the difference.
