Low friction:
	1)  Only three wheels (need at least three for stability).
	2)  Oiled bearings, preferably teflon/nylon sleeves.

Low drag:
	1)  Slow speed, less drag with no need for cowling.
	2)  Nothing touching ground except tires.

High traction:
	1)  Wide rubber tires.
	2)  Slow acceleration to avoid spinning wheels.

[Cheating category:
	1)  Have the trap fire a model rocket motor...]

It sounds as if the best bet might be a car with fairly large, rubber tires
driven via a reduction gear arrangement whose driving gear is powered by
the mousetrap.  Possibly this would be better if the mousetrap were to spin
a flywheel and then engage the gears later.
