Well, folks, Lew Mammel is right and I goofed. I guess the situation is not as simple as I thought. My appologies to anyone who flunked thermo as a result of my statements.(oops ^ spelling) The best solution is not to use cream at all, but a shot of bourbon instead. Then who cares what the temp. is. Lets go on to something else. Jeff Halle
