The November, 1982 issue of the Journal of the British Interplanetary
Society contains the article "Relativistic Kinematics for Motions Faster
than Light" by R.T. Jones of NASA Ames. In essence, perhaps you can get
there from here, but the observed effects will resemble those of v < c.
Interesting, but I'm no physicist, so I have no comments on accuracy.
