You may also find the newest edition of Modern Physics by Tipler easy to use
(1979, I think).  I've found this the easiest book to teach relativity from to
sophomores and juniors.  The simultaneity section is excellent, although the
twin paradox does leave a little something to be desired.  All the relevent
results are derived using right triangle geometry, except E = gamma*mc^2
which, of course, requires an integral.
